Introduction

In 1998, the creators of Interview decided to design a software platform intended to organise and structure every type of feedback.
This platform needed to be simple, generic and immediately operational for its users.

In 2000, this idea began to take shape and Interview Plc was born.

The suggested initiative already has a name : Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM).
This initiative, which came from the need to include such a factor as environment into the decision making process, results in the materialization of a new profession. 
Its keywords being: efficient and generic technology, global vision, and industrialization of such tools. 

This is the solution that we are offering to you from today and for the years to come.
