About us

A company

The EFM (Enterprise Feedback Management) solutions provide organizations - businesses and civil services - with the necessary tools for the collection of information, which is gathered from their clients, distributors, providers, employees, partners or constituents. 

The company has around 250 clients, amongst which are many large businesses, and its solution has been implemented (via the subsidiaries and business sites of its clients) in almost 65 countries from every continent. 

A network of specialist developers, partners and consultants support our clients during the implementation process. 

The head office and development teams are in Grenoble.
Interview also has offices in Paris, Montpellier, Milan and Stuttgart.

The desire to innovate

In order to anticipate our clients’ expectations and to provide innovations beyond mere simple improvements of that which is already in existence, we have been heavily investing in Research and Development since the beginning. 
We have:

  • put our base system online from the moment of our creation
  • ensured compatibility with mobile networks since 2001
  • the desire to offer a fully "web" solution from 2002.
  • created a Research team, specialising in methodology
  • taken into account the Anoto technology (Digital Pen) of 2004
  • developed infocenter products and management of those supported by Oseo-Anvar in 2007.

Thanks to these innovations, Interview has a both extensive and tried experience of electronic feedback solutions.
