<b>Methodology</b>
The evaluations are done once a year when asked for by the marketing manager. This manager ensures that the list of people to be questioned is given to the evaluation team. It's the evaluation team who are in charge of distributing the questionnaire, collecting the answers and processing them on a statistical and graphical level by using the Interview?! tool.
Different profiles are asked to fill out the evaluation questionnaire : buyers, suppliers and technical spokespeople.
Once recorded, the evaluation results are sent to the marketing manager so that he can have an analysis and preperation for a progress plan.<br/>
<b>Implementing the solution</b>
The solution allows easy management of bilingualism (French and English), as much for those questioned as for the summary restitution. Interview?! contributes to simplifying the logistical management of the questionnaires.
In collaboration with Purchasing Management, Interview's Survey Dept built an integrated application which allows immediate obtainment of an evaluated supplier's file. This file is made up of a summary sheet (with tables and graphics), a respondent remarks page and a progress plan page (results for the year X / objectives for the year X+1).
The marketing manager can make modifications to the document, by adding improvement objectives for example. These will then be placed automatically in the graphics. |
