HR and competence evaluation

<b>Objective :</b><br/>
For 2 years, the Auchan company has been carrying out evaluation meetings with its employees in order to guarantee their professionalism throughout each of their business sectors and areas of skill.
Also, the need to evaluate each individual's knowledge naturally made itself felt.
However, faced with the high number of people concerned in this evaluation (40 to 50 000 employees), we were looking for a software capable of handling knowledge surveys and industrializing the process.<br/>
<b>Realization : </b>
We decided on Interview?! because it's simple to implement, and its compatibility with the IBM/Domino servers guaranteed that our standards would be upheld.
What's more the financial investment was reasonable because of the group licensing purchase for other uses that we were able to make.
Finally we had the possibility to externalize a part of our database management thanks to the hosting offered by Interview Plc.
In the end we took 3 licenses to install internally so that we can realize surveys, such as  the 360° surveys, and 5 bases in hosted mode for the realization of the knowledge evaluation of our employees.
Our targeted group for this operation is the totality of our company's employees, around 45000 people, and our rate of return is 100% (this evaluation being part of an annual meeting that all our employees have).
The project was put into place quite quickly in around a month.
This was possible because we operate in hosted mode and benefited from a very good support. The thing that took the longest time was the design of 200 different quizzes.<br/>
<b>Outcome</b> :
Thanks to Interview?!, we saved a lot of time during the starting process of the project.
What's more the information confidentiality is a really noticeable quality.
Interview?! has a very positive effect on the company image because it increases the professionalism of Auchan and of its staff towards their clients, by allowing a comprehensive knowledge and a distribution of the Group practices and of the image that it wishes each of its employees to convey.
We've also been using Interview?! in the HR domain for 2 or 3 years now, to do 360° surveys on our Executive managers.<br/>
