Linear reports - Mobility

Objective :
The use of a program for survey management was decided upon in order to gain time, centralize information from the field and have a real bank of market data at our disposal.
The objective is to process this data as early and as well as possible to provide sales ideas and strategies.
Realization :
The sales team (who fill out the questionnaires) have a system that works via mobile phone terminals and GPRS at their disposal.
Thus the time saved and the quality of information are fundamental bonuses when looking in relation to paper questionnaires that need to be recollected and operated on Excel.

The target is to accomplish the following : one questionnaire per target group, that being 9 questionnaires in total, filled out by the shop sales teams (around 110 people in total), and covering between 80 and 200 shops for each questionnaire.
The survey response rate has been varied : on average between 80% of repsonses, which we are looking to improve on next year.
Outcome :
Interview?! brought me an ease and rapidity regarding the distribution and exploitation of the questionnaires and their results.
What's more the tool is easy to use (being intuitive) and allows you to create quite complex questionnaires.
At the moment, I don't foresee using Interview again in my work sphere, however it is already used in Human Resources and the Quality department.
It will also be useful for short consumer questionnaires in marketing.
Conclusion :
Some advice before starting to create the questionnaires : always keep in mind the analysis that will be done on the results, so to avoid unproductive questions, as well as the sample that will be chosen.
