Objective :
A group decision was made to do quarterly QCSS (Quarterly Customer Satisfaction Survey) surveys about new countries, more than 40 in total, amongst which were China, Brasil, Spain, Australia...
Before this, we were already carrying out surveys of this kind by telephone, the goal being to simplify the system and make it automatic.
On average, it's necessary to allow three weeks of work for the first installment of a survey.
The stages that follow are very rapid. One, or even two, people are sufficient to manage the whole survey. This industrialization really saves time and provides a noticeable economy. I think that Interview has the potential to eventually be developed for other uses in every country, particularly for realizing local marketing surveys in every department. |
