<b>Why do you carry out surveys regarding the integration of SAP projects?</b><br/>
Implementing an SAP solution disturbs the processes and habits of a business. Including and informing your associates during its development guarantees an easy acceptance of these changes.<br/>
<b>How do you proceed ?</b>
It is necessary to evaluate how the implementation of the project is perceived in the field and confront this realistically in order to adjust it, if the need arises. To do this, I use a panel of 75 people taken from 5 main sites. Every other month I send the same questionnaire (barometer type), to the panel via the electronic message center.<br/>
<b>What were the results ?</b>
The response rate is between 70 and 90%. I can clearly distinguish, for example, any lack of information, incomprehensions, disagreements, satisfactions, etc. In short, this helps me to have a healthy vision of reality. To put the obtained results into use, the site directors are invited to "adopt new approaches".<br/>
<b>How would you conclude?</b>
This tool is priceless, but it is still a tool. If you don't know what you are looking for and aren't capable of organizing measures to be taken in light of the information gathered, it's pointless! |
