A complete service for putting a survey online

<b>Context : realization of online surveys</b>
Valeo has successively trusted Interview with the production of many online surveys for different departments : Internal Communications, Quality, Computer Systems and Human Resources. The majority of our surveys required a good reactivity as in certain cases there were only 2 weeks between the survey being put online and the restitution of the summary report. The questions were hosted by the Interview Plc server.<br/>
<b>Main reasons for your satisfaction</b>
In addition to the rapidity of the execution, the offered services stay flexible. For example, it is possible to manage the questionnaire oneself at a distance with just a simple internet connection (via secured access). The connection also allows you to monitor the gathered responses in real time and to see the first statistical patterns even before the report is done. Furthermore, follow-ups can be focused in on.
We are satisfied with the turnkey services accomplished by Interview's research Dept.
Concerning the tool, we would like to see improvements with the management of multilingual questionnaires as well as with the graphic design of questionnaires.<br/>
