Mediscan provides the doctor with an electronic form to fill out to monitor patients following a medical protocol. This follow-up has been industrilaized thanks to interview?! and the form allows for the doctors' feedback to be diffused. It possesses the particularity of being “smart” by detecting any errors of coherence in the answers: as soon as an error is identified, the doctor is notified and can then correct uniquely the question that poses a problem, via a portal jointly created.
