The fruits of this collaboration have enabled “ Orange Feedback”, which is distributed directly by the operator, and a joint work with clients such as HLM Office, General Advice, Public Transport Union, People Services (hospitalization at home) or during events such as trade shows or seminars.
Within these different domains, this collaboration allows us to offer a complete solution, integrated and immediately operational, in order to gather user, tenant, visitor opinions etc., and all this in real time with immediate processing.
The terminals used are Smartphones, PDA, PC Tablets or Digital Pens (Anoto technology). All the data is gathered and utilized within the interview?! base.
