Interview's code of conduct for quality

Whatever your core concerns may be, our services all start with an analysis of your company issues.

The quality of the methodology that is put into place, the pertinence of the questioning and ultimately the perceptiveness of the analysis depend on this crucial stage.

Anonymity of respondents

Anonymity will be strictly respected.<br>
If a respondent is asked permission to remove their anonymity, they will be informed beforehand of the identity of any who will be receiving this information and the purposes for which this information will be used.

Data security

Interview ensures that it uses all means at its disposal in order to guarantee security of all data given by its clients. In the case where a client sends documents to Interview, the company guarantees to only use them for the purposes pre-agreed with the client. These documents will not be  given up to any third parties.

The client is the owner of their data

The client is the owner of any data colleted by Interview. This data cannot be used for any other purposes than for the accomplishment of the survey and cannot be passed onto any third parties.

Openness and clarity

Interview takes it upon itself to provide all the information concerning the progression of the survey, therefore working with complete openness.

During the presentation of the survey, Interview will make a clear distinction between the survey results and its own interpretations and recommendations.

Computer data security

Your application is on the server HP LH3000 on Windows 2000 Professional with Raid disks and a protected power supply.

Back-ups of all data documents are made everyday on DAT.

These back-ups  can be destroyed on your request at the end of the survey project.

Any data relating to the survey (such as the list of addresses, respondents etc) cannot be used for anything other than stated, except when submitting to a clients written request and in respect of ethical regulations.

The server is behind a PnB Firewall on Linux.
A back-up server is permanently available if needed.

Only the 80 (http) and the 443 (https) ports are open for respondent accessibility to the server.

In order to manage these servers (update, create etc), the client bases must be accessed by a protective Login and password. The client is responsable for those to whom the password is distributed.

These can be changed by request if necessary, aswell as the URLs holding questionnaire bases.

Apart from those to whom the client gives the password, only our head of development (Emmanuel Ungauer) and a project manager (if necessary) have the ability to access your base contents for technical reasons.

It is possible to provide access to response statistics without a password. Although the person would only have access to display screens.

Concerning the respondents, it is possible to limit the viewing of a form to only those who are authorised to respond to it by altering the distribution method (the internet browser response method) or by a number recognition system [MSISDN] (response method by telephone or pda). We can also place a limit so that a respondent can only give one answer.

This limit is assured on business working days and during opening hours  (from 8:30 to 18:30) . A direct telephone number gives you access to customer support.

The availability rate noted by the server is over 99.5%.
